Ralph Clapp, AIA, has over 20 years of professional experience as a licensed architect concentrating in architecture and construction consulting. Through diversified professional experiences as a licensed architect, contractor, real estate developer and construction project manager Mr. Clapp has gained an exceptional comprehension of architecture and the construction industry. He is both a skilled designer and a capable craftsman who has proficiently managed the design and construction of numerous commercial and residential projects
As a forensic architect and construction consultant, Mr. Clapp leverages his experience to provide clients with exceptional analysis of construction issues in an objective and cooperative manner. Mr. Clapp utilizes his technical expertise to analyze construction related issues for the full range of projects from single-family homes to large commercial buildings and has testified in support of construction claims.
